Ice the knee and rest
If you overdo your exercises, ice the knee and rest for half a day.

Bruising / Redness / Heat
Don't worry about bruising/redness/warmth in the knee as these are normal symptoms for 3-4 months after surgery.

If your knee does not bend beyond 90° 4 weeks after surgery, the use of a physiotherapist may be considered and your surgeon should be made aware.
